Tip Of The Day: From The Subway to the bed
Tip of The Day: Here's a little something for all my fellow New Yorkers. If you take the subway then come home and just sit on your bed, you are a disgusting individual! As disgusting as public transportation is, why would you want to sit your jeans from the C train seats back on to your bed? Put a pair of basketball shorts on top of your jeans. Respect where you sleep son.

New Artist...and His Name is Blu (and if you see the E drop em)
Blue...oops... I mean Blu (no disrespect) is another great artist coming out of the West Coast right now (probably one of the best anywhere right now though). Why is the left side of the map coming back so strong? Either way check out Blu.

What's Wrong With Skinny Jeans?
I'm 18 years old so I lived through the time (most of my life) when all we wore was baggy clothes. It even got to a point where the baggier the better but the truth is that was tasteless. I remember walkin extra slow and akward because my pants were too big. I remember wearing a belt just so my size 36 jeans wouldn't fall to my ankles.
The funny part is that I would lookat skate borders like they were the crazy ones. Blinded to the fact that I was walking like a sumo wrestler, I judged the person that was comfortable.
So my question is, why are there some people who look at skinny jeans as the problem still? Some people (old heads) get up tight when they see a young black man wearing "skinnies". It's obviously a big change for people from the same type of hiphop influenced culture that I'm from but it's seriously worth it.
Sometimes I just notice how comfortable I am in my fitted jeans b/c they are just that "fitted". they are my size.
The 36 year old on the corner wearing a throw back jersey, some size 38 jeans, jumbled at the waist, and holding a brown paper may never understand true comfort... he's too stuck in is ways
