Just got the news that one of my favorite rappers growing up might have to do some hard time.
Ja Rule is facing charges for gun possession after his his car was searched at a concert that also featured Kanye West & Lil Wayne (Who's also facing charges for just about the same thing) back in 2007.
Ja Rules' lawyer expected to have the case thrown out after stating that the police had no reason to search Jeffrey 'Ja Rule' Atkins' car. However the judge denied that motion.
In no way am I promoting carrying a gun or any type of violence but it's sad to see a guy go from where Ja Rule once was to having to deal with issue after issue.
